Club@ 28 Launches a Rose Themed Afternoon Tea Set

– Season of Bloom Collaborates with Melvita, an Organic Skincare Brand from France 

Contemporary rooftop restaurant Club@28 in Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay collaborates with Melvita, a France’s leading ecological and organic beauty brand, launching a refreshing rose themed afternoon tea set – Season of Bloom, which available throughout the summer, starting from 6 May 2022.

Not only is rose a beautiful flower to surprise your loved ones, it is also a natural ingredient to moisturise your skin under the hot and stuffy summer in Hong Kong. Club@28 Season of Bloom Afternoon Tea Set withMelvita presents an exquisite array of savoury and sweet treats featuring the uniqueness of this summer flower.

The rosy dessert selections will be handmade Red and Pink Rose Chocolates; Macaroons in rose caramel and strawberry flavour, and homemade creamy vanilla Panna Cotta topped with strawberry rose jelly. Classic English Carrot Cake with ultra-creamy cream cheese topping and Belgium Chocolate Banana Cake with rich chocolate frosting are also a must-try highlight. Nevertheless, Club@28 signature homemade Plain and RaisinScones are served with homemade honey rose jam and fresh clotted cream.

Savoury items include luscious sandwiches in Beef Pastrami and Pickle Cornichons filling and Smoked Salmon with Sour Cream on Wheat bread.No one can resist our freshly baked Mini Chicken Puff with a flaky and airy texture and our buttery Spinach Quiche. A refreshing bite, Italian Smoked Applewood Ham, Asparagus Mascarpone Wrap, marks a perfect end to the plate.

To continue the rosy flavour, our bartender created a special cocktail – Rose Lychee Mojito to pair with the tea set; if you are looking for something warm and nourishing, French Honey Rose Tea is your go-to choice.
