Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant presents a limited-time Italian dining experience showcasing premium Australian black truffles.

This summer, Cucina at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel invites guests to savour one of the world’s most prized seasonal ingredients with the launch of its Australian Black Truffle Menu, available from Now to 16 August 2026.

Curated by Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno, the limited-time menu highlights premium black truffles sourced from Western Australia, renowned for their earthy aroma, rich flavour and exceptional quality. Each dish celebrates authentic Italian cuisine while allowing the luxurious ingredient to take centre stage.

A Celebration of Seasonal Italian Cuisine

Featuring six carefully crafted dishes, the seasonal menu showcases the versatility of Australian black truffles across a selection of elegant appetisers, handmade pasta and indulgent main courses.

Guests can begin with the Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, delicately complemented by freshly shaved black truffle, or indulge in the Baked Crab Meat in Shell, where the sweetness of the seafood is enhanced by the truffle’s distinctive earthy notes.

Pasta lovers can enjoy traditional Italian favourites including the Raviolini del Plin and the Black Truffle Fettuccine with Hokkaido Scallops, while the creamy Wild Mushroom Risotto offers a comforting showcase of seasonal flavours.

For the main course, the Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin with Duck Liver delivers a rich and decadent combination, elevated by generous shavings of fresh Australian black truffle.
