CulinArt 1862 Presents Artistic Valentine’s Day Set Menu with Complimentary Edible Rose Workshop

This Valentine’s Day, CulinArt 1862 offers a special Western Kaiseki Set Menu with a unique twist – a complimentary edible rose workshop prior to dinner. A culinary and creative experience that takes your celebration to another level, this edible rose workshop will not only be an enjoyable and personally enriching experience to partake in together, but also provide beautiful décor for your romantic dinner.

The exclusive five-course Valentine’s Day dinner set menu ($2,588 per couple) designed and presented by Chef Stanley Wong promises a sublime culinary experience with a variety of international ingredients.

The menu offers two main course options. Chef Stanley recommends the Broiled Fillet of Black Cod served with French seafood stew Bouillabaisse Ragout – an indulgence perfect for those who love sea flavors. Alternatively, beef-lovers can savor the juicy Grilled Wagyu Striploin cooked to perfection and accompanied by potato foam. To cap off the evening perfectly, delight yourself further with Lychee & Raspberry Mousse with and Rose Chocolate Crème Brûlée Cake – two homemade sweet treats sure to linger in memory long after the meal ends. Dessert lovers should not miss out on the Signature Dessert Presentation for a sweet addition to their evening. Take it up a notch and treat yourself with an add-on of only $198 per couple. For the ultimate experience, opt for the wine pairing ($988 per person) with complementary services provided by a sommelier, who will pair each course with the best wine to create full-bodied flavours. As an added indulgence, fresh roses are provided for each table in addition to a box of chocolate handmade by the restaurant’s pastry chefs. A four-course lunch set menu ($1,688 per couple) plus wine pairing ($688 per person) is also available for couples in search of a daytime celebration.

CulinArt 1862 offers an Early Bird Special ($2,188 per couple) exclusively for the Valentine’s Day dinner package, which includes not only the 5-course meal but also an invitation for two to join a complimentary Edible Rose Workshop held next door at 4-6 pm on 14 February. Led by Kenneth, the instructor at Towngas Cooking Centre, this workshop will show patrons how to craft a lifelike rose with a beetroot head. This hands-on gift-making activity allows couples to express their feelings creatively, with endless possibilities for personal touches that make each rose truly unique.
