CulinArt 1862 Presents Two Festive Menus for a Lavish End-of-Year Celebration
Indulge in a six-course feast or a lighter four-course delight, perfectly crafted for Christmas or New Year’s Eve gatherings
As the festive season draws near, CulinArt 1862 unveils two exquisitely curated Festive Menus. Infusing traditional holiday flavours with innovative flair, these menus promise an unforgettable celebration with loved ones. This year, CulinArt 1862 is offering two festive tasting menus: a sumptuous six-course menu priced at $1,188 per person, and a lighter four-course menu priced at $888 per person. Both tasting menus are available for lunch on 25 and 26 December, and for dinner on 24, 25, 26, and 31 December.
The six-course dinner menu offers a diverse array of flavours, starting with the appetizer “Kelp-Marinated Hamachi”, paired with toasted almond sauce and pickled cucumber. Another appetizer, “Lobster & Butternut Squash Mille Feuille”, promises a delightful blend of texture and flavour in every bite, all beautifully complemented by a luxurious French bourbon vanilla butter sauce. The “Cream of Chestnut Soup” is a rich and velvety creation that epitomizes comfort and sophistication. This luxurious soup is topped with pan-seared foie gras, adding a touch of opulence and depth.
The main courses include “Fillet of Cod”, served with Swiss chard sauce and sautéed seasonal vegetables, followed by “Wagyu Beef Tenderloin” accompanied by seasonal winter truffles, roasted root vegetables, and potato foam. The festive dessert, “Mulled Wine Apple Tart Tatin”, is elegantly paired with a luscious scoop of creamy cinnamon ice cream. This treat serves as the perfect finale to any meal, promising to delight your senses with its rich flavours and inviting aroma. Guests can enhance their dining experience with a wine pairing for an additional $788, making for a joyful and complete winter celebration.
The lunch version of the tasting menu distils the essence of the dinner menu into four courses, maintaining the festive spirit. Guests will enjoy both appetizers—the Mille Feuille and Chestnut Soup—and choose between the Cod Fillet and Wagyu Tenderloin for the main course, concluding with the Apple Tart Tatin. Wine pairing can also be added for $488, perfecting this once-a-year celebration in a romantic and warm setting to welcome the new year!
In addition to wine pairings, guests can indulge in the holiday-exclusive cocktail “Bonfire” ($148 per glass). Created tableside by CulinArt 1862’s in-house mixologist, this cocktail features bourbon infused with dark chocolate, Italian hazelnut liqueur, orange bitters, and homemade maple cinnamon syrup, garnished with a toasted marshmallow skewer. The cocktail balances rich dark chocolate with sweet maple notes, offering a smooth and inviting taste. Guests also have the opportunity to upgrade their tasting experience to a “Craft Cocktail Workshop” at no additional cost, where they can create their own cocktails under expert guidance, leaving a lasting impression this festive season.
