Indulge in Expertly Cured Sustainable Seafood Omakase from Home
Chef Max of Okra Hong Kong launches an all-new Dry Aged Tuna Takeaway Omakase, enabling guests to bring the full-bodied spirit of Okra Hong Kong to their homes.
The enjoy-at-home sharing menu for two (from HK$2000) delivers a traditional sushi bar experience, comprised of only the best in-season produce and a plethora of complex flavor profiles, to the dining table at home. Presented in a no-fuss format, the sophisticated menu allows Hongkongers to indulge in quality Japanese and globally-inspired cuisine, from their safe place at complete ease.
The specially-curated menu, available to order-in from today, will vary according to Chef Max Levy’s evolving inspiration, but is sure to feature coveted dishes like Nasu Nanbanzuke on rotation, where aged eggplant possesses all of the potency of a fish dish following skilful fermentation alongside Goma Saba Bozushi a true-to-tradition staple hailing from Japan’s Fukui prefecture, which spotlights carefully cured mackerel in its most magnificent form. Other enticing, masterfully crafted dishes may include Negitoro Maki cradling sustainably-sourced fatty tuna as well as a selection of widely sought-after Dry Aged Tuna Sashimi which will have pairs poising their chopsticks to grab the last bite. Those looking to truly pamper themselves can opt to add an expertly-layered, egg-quisite and fluffy whole Atsuyaki Tamago to their feast for an additional HK$250.
