Duddell’s is extends its Saturday Brunch to the Easter holidays

With Easter around the corner, Duddell’s is extending its hours and will be open at the Restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as for brunch at its relaxing Salon which overlooks a 2,200 sq. ft. Garden Terrace from Friday, 18 April to Monday, 21 April. Perfect for get-togethers with family and friends, the much-praised Salon and Garden Terrace will offer an unlimited selection of Michelin starred Chef Siu Hin Chi’s delicious cuisine from 11:30am to 3:45pm while a la carte menu options are available at the Restaurant. Kids will also enjoy Easter egg treats.

Rather than a predictable brunch buffet, diners can enjoy unlimited portions of Cantonese cuisine served fresh and piping hot to the table. The Salon Brunch menu includes dim sum favourites like Steamed Rice Roll with Dried Shrimp and Conpoy, and Crispy Taro Puff with Pork, as well as a selection of delicious soups, beef and fish mains, seasonal vegetables, rice and noodles and desserts.

The Salon Brunch comes as three options: HK$480 per person (HK$250 per child under 10) with unlimited food and free-flow fresh juices, soft drinks and still/sparkling water, or HK$580 per person with unlimited food and free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne, white and red wine and above mentioned soft beverages; and an indulgent option offers unlimited food and free-flow Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, red and white wine and soft beverages at HK$1,380 per person. All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
