Dusit Foods Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dusit International, is expanding its successful ‘Streets to Sky’ collaboration with Thai Airways International by introducing four new iconic Thai street food dishes onboard Economy Class for international routes.
Launched in August 2024, the ‘Streets to Sky’ initiative was the first of its kind to bring beloved Thai street food—curated via the Pinto Hub platform—to inflight dining. Following enthusiastic feedback from global travellers, the second wave of the project introduces new dishes from celebrated local vendors:
-
Chicken Gravy with Rice – Jeib Rod Dee Ded (Bangkok)
-
Duck Noodles – Xia Noodle (Bang Rak)
-
Hokkien Stir-Fried Noodles with Seafood – Krua Jongjit (Phuket)
-
Choo-Chee Fish Curry – Baan Yeesarn by Chef Tukta

These join previously launched favourites such as Massaman Chicken, Khao Soi, and Crispy Noodles, offering travellers a richer taste of Thailand’s culinary diversity.
Powered by Pinto Hub—a joint platform by Dusit Foods and Farm to Plate Processor Co., Ltd. (F2P)—this initiative highlights small and medium-sized eateries with authentic recipes and deep culinary roots that often lack access to large-scale distribution.
“This project is about more than delicious meals,” said Ms. Manisa Mitpaibul, Managing Director of Dusit Foods. “It’s about empowering local restaurants, supporting Thai farmers, and sharing the stories and heritage behind each dish with the world.”

‘Streets to Sky’ also aligns with Thai Airways’ broader mission to elevate Thai cuisine as a global soft power and complements previous premium cabin initiatives like Taste of Thai Tales. The collaboration with Dusit Foods ensures authentic Thai flavours are accessible across all classes.
