Chef Bruno Cheong, a member of Chef Sung Anh’s esteemed team at the three Michelin-starred flagship Mosu Seoul, brings his talent and leadership abilities to the culinary creations at Mosu in Hong Kong. 

Chef Bruno’s journey at Mosu Seoul began as a member of the first batch of chefs under the guidance of Chef Sung Anh. The cuisine at Mosu Seoul epitomizes the use of premium ingredients, flawless culinary techniques, and elegant presentation, leaving an indelible impression on him. Recognizing Chef Bruno’s exceptional talent, he assumed the role of sous Chef at Mosu Seoul, contributing to the restaurant’s achievement of two Michelin stars.
