FEBRUARY 14, BY DESIGN: ARMANI/CAFFÈ REVEALS A COMPOSED VALENTINE’S DAY CURATION IN HONG KONG

On 14 February, ARMANI/CAFFÈ marks Valentine’s Day with a menu designed as a complete romantic composition—measured, precise, and expressive. Available throughout the day, the four-course Valentine’s Day Menu is priced at HK$1,300 for two guests, with advance booking and a deposit required.

The antipasto course introduces a dialogue of freshness and depth through the Tartare di Gambero Rosa. Sicilian pink prawn tartare is paired with smoked buffalo mozzarella and Oscietra caviar, its clean sweetness sharpened by cucumber and calamansi vinegar. The composition is deliberate, establishing balance from the first plate. For the first course, Italian veal Tortelli arrive layered with pumpkin cream and a truffle-butter emulsion. Accents of cauliflower and mushrooms add structure, while fresh winter black truffle lends a restrained aromatic finish.

The main course continues with the Controfiletto di Manzo, a dish of Australian M5 Angus sirloin, charred with precision and accompanied by a Cantabrico anchovy emulsion. Pickled Italian cardoons introduce contrast, bringing clarity to a dish defined by proportion rather than intensity.

Dessert closes with controlled elegance. The Pistacchio e Lampone presents Sicilian pistachio mousse, paired with raspberry jam and pistachio sponge, offering a composed interplay of colour and texture. The experience concludes with heart-shaped Valentine’s Day 9 Pralines by ARMANI/DOLCI crafted in gianduja brittle, layered dark chocolate with sour cherry, and classic cube pralines in white, 85% dark, and gianduja.

Developed in collaboration with Italy’s renowned chocolate master Guido Gobino, ARMANI/DOLCI reflects the same discipline and clarity that define ARMANI/CAFFÈ. Conceived as objects of design, the chocolates extend the experience beyond the table.

Set within the Pacific Place, the Valentine’s Day Menu offers a composed pause that is considered, precise, and unmistakably ARMANI.
