Alternatively, the “All I Want for Christmas is Sushi” Festive Free Flow Lunch from HK$488 (75 minutes) to HK$588 (120 minutes) between 20th December – 3rd January. This satisfying sushi feast highlights eight kinds of all-you-can-eat maki rolls and sashimi, alongside amazing Japanese and Italian appetizers. Guests can then choose one of the special holiday serves of slow-cooked short ribs with Tuscan black cabbage, and fried lamb cutlets with braised artichoke or other main-course options, followed by a Christmas dessert platter to conclude your aqua festive lunch. Hutong – New Years’s Eve Dinner – Bell pepper chilli black cod fish

Ring in the new year with glamour and style at aqua’s New Year’s Eve Dinner served with panoramic harbour-front views of the dazzling fireworks. The six-course dinner for HK$2,525 per person features decadent signatures of fatty tuna and shima-aji sashimi with ikura, homemade lobster agnolotti in a rich tomato and ginger sauce, smoked wagyu beef tenderloin and foie gras in a cordon bleu soy reduction, and the sweet finale of “2025”, a zesty coconut and lime mousse on crunchy almond biscuit. A four-course menu is also available at HK$988 per person.
