Fireworks Dinner at Hue Dining & DJ Party at INK Seafood Café This 1 October 2023

Woolly Pig Hong Kong offers guests some diverse options to enjoy the spectacular fireworks at the group’s venues located at the premium viewing location, including a four-course celebration dinner menu at Hue Dining and a drink and snack package at the semi-covered harbourfront alfresco INK Seafood Café & Bar.

The restaurant’s four-course celebration dinner menu is available on Sunday, 1 October 2023, from 6:30 p.m. onwards. It is priced at HK$1,380 per person. Complete the experience with an insightful wine pairing for an optional add-on of HK$480 per person. All prices are subject to 10% service charge.

Guests will first be welcomed with canapés to share, including Tartare Tartlets with Wagyu beef tartare, egg yolk jam and pickled pearl onion; Squid Ink Oreo with crusted squid mousse garnished with lime and smoked cod roe; and house-made Sourdough Bread served with whipped smoked butter and pepper berry sea salt.

A choice of vibrant starters includes Hokkaido Scallops served raw and topped with horseradish jelly, shiso, sesame and dressed with citrus dressing; Iberico Pork, the slow-braised pork jowl is drizzled with a lightly sweet and tart glaze made with port wine and balsamic, served with heirloom carrots and kale on the side; and Mushroom Sago, the crispy sago is served with morel duxelles, mushroom crumble and blackened trumpets.

Main options include Lobster Tail, the poached French blue lobster and fresh young shrimp served with sweetcorn and piquillo in a creamy lobster bisque; Wagyu Sirloin, the Rangers Valley Pure Black Angus steak is seared to perfection and served with slow-cooked glazed ox cheek, shallot purée, asparagus, and drizzled with Madeira sauce; and Burrata Ravioli served with zucchini butter, tomato coulis and garnished with macadamia nut salsa.

End this delightful meal with a choice of Matcha Mochi with dark chocolate, pistachio, sake-cooked red beans, strawberry, golden kiwi, and brown butter ice cream on the side; or the iconic Pavlova with red currant, raspberry meringue, tarragon, crème fraîche and white pepper sorbet.
