Flat Iron Steak Pop-Up Menu Launches at Tapas Bar, Shangri-La Kowloon

The culinary visionaries behind Hong Kong’s beloved value-driven steakhouse, Flat Iron Steak, are thrilled to announce their first venture in Kowloon with an exciting collaboration with Tapas Bar at the prestigious Shangri-La Kowloon hotel. From December 2 to January 2, guests can indulge in a specially curated pop-up menu featuring Flat Iron staples and dishes co-created with the talented Tapas Bar team.

Guests will be pleased to see the signature The Flat Iron Steak (HK$258 for 7oz; HK$368 for 10oz), a Jack’s Creek Angus Beef steak enriched with Café de Paris Butter, make its way to Tsim Sha Tsui. Also available are Pigalle & Cheese Sliders (HK$188) mini versions of one of Flat Iron’s most popular burgers. Angus beef patties are topped with melted Raclette cheese, Truffled Bacon Jam, zingy Old Bay Mayo and pickles. Both dishes are served with Flat Iron’s famed Triple Cooked Fries and a refreshing Crisp Green Salad with Sweet Onion Dressing. Those who love to share can opt for the gargantuan 1kg Black Angus Tomahawk Beef (HK$1,288) — prized Jack’s Creek Grain Fed Australian Angus served with vibrant chimichurri sauce that serves as an impressive centrepiece for communal dining. Plus, every Tuesday, guests can enjoy a fantastic 30% off on the Black Angus Tomahawk Beef, making it the perfect day to treat yourself or share with friends.

The Tapas Bar offers a variety of quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, fruit wine, cocktails and juices. Enjoy a 25% discount on selected drinks during happy hour daily until 7 PM — ideal for unwinding after work or gathering with friends!
