Just in time for long, lazy afternoons spent with friends and loved ones, FRANCIS west has expanded beyond dinner to offer brunch on weekends and public holidays. The sister restaurant to Wan Chai’s FRANCIS is inspired by the rich culinary heritage of North Africa’s Maghreb region with a blend of Mediterranean and African flavours, intermingled with ancient Arab cooking traditions. All dishes are designed for sharing and best enjoyed with wine, which FRANCIS west has sourced almost exclusively from the coastal regions of the Mediterranean.
