French born, Raphael Suzurek, Chef de Cuisine of The French Grill at JW Marriott Hanoi, Vietnam will make a guest appearance at Café Renaissance from 2 May 2014 to 8 May 2014, bringing discerning diners his mastery gastronomy creations. Worked with two Michelin chefs, Philippe Legendre and Guy Martin in France, Raphael is rigorous and passionate towards culinary.
Le French Dinner Buffet features sophisticated and signature gourmet around France, with a touch of international favourites, including fresh seafood and zestful Asian delicacies. Do not miss our Homemade Terrine and Baked Snails, much-loved by French in central region since long ago; Nicoise Salad hails from Nice in southern France and remember to drop by the live cooking station for a sweet serendipity, Pear Belle Helene.

This wow-worthy dinner buffet is priced at HK$538* per adult and HK$258* per child (age 3-11) on Monday to Thursday; HK$568* per adult and HK$278* per child (age 3-11) on Friday to Sunday, inclusive of unlimited orange juice and soft drinks.
