Fresh Menu Additions Debut at LucAle

LucAle welcomes warmer weather with a refreshed menu of impressive Italian dishes.

New to the famed ristorante’s menu are half portions of LucAle’s classic Salumi and Formaggi plates, ensuring that guests can enjoy the full Italiano experience without worrying about food waste or overeating. The famed Burrata Deliziosa with Prosciutto, or Camone tomatoes, is now available in both full (HK$288) and half portions (HK$178), alongside the classic LucAle ‘Shovel’ of assorted cold cuts and Mandara Buffalo Mozzarella (HK$318/full or HK$208/half).

The antipasto section welcomes new premium seafood-driven plates: an impeccable Hamachi Carpaccio (HK$248) delicately topped with cucumber, pineapple and lime, and served with a fruit and vegetable sorbet. Both dishes celebrate the finest oceanic ingredients available and make for refreshing additions to the summertime table.

The Michelin-recognised restaurant is renowned for its pastas, and the new Scialatielli Pasta with Black Garlic Sauce and Baby Italian Cuttlefish (HK$248) with a Black Ink Emulsion does not disappoint.

The Main Courses at LucAle are enriched with a new succulent Pork Chop Milanese (HK$348). The golden-crumbed chop is uniquely served with speciality brined lemon that cuts through the rich fattiness and delivers exceptional flavour. Another fresh addition is the Basil Crusted Black Cod (HK$328) with broiled eggplant and a rich smoked provola cheese sauce.
