For three weeks only, Seoul’s contemporary dining spirit arrives at Victoria Harbour — smoky, silky, spirited, and made for sharing.
From 6 to 26 July 2026, Harbourside at Regent Hong Kong welcomes JUDORAK, one of Seoul’s beloved modern Korean dining pubs, for a limited-time buffet collaboration in one of Hong Kong’s most cinematic waterfront settings.
JUDORAK is known for giving Korean comfort dishes a polished, modern edge. Its name reflects brewing, the way, and joy — a philosophy rooted in gathering, pouring, sharing, and enjoying the rhythm of the table.

At Harbourside, Head Chef Jacob Kim and the JUDORAK culinary team will prepare signatures live. Expect Jeyuk Cream Noodle, where smoky stir-fried pork melts into silky cream sauce, and Daechang Tteokbokki, a richer take on the street-food favourite with chewy rice cakes and beef large intestine.
Classic flavours bring balance: fragrant Perilla Oil Noodles, shrimp and garlic chive pancakes, tender beef Yukjeon, slow-braised oxtail, and a warming Korean hot pot with sliced meats, vegetables, and mushrooms. Korean Bingsoo closes the meal with a cool, refreshing sweetness.

MUI Makgeolli, JUDORAK’s artisanal rice wine, completes the experience with gentle sweetness, balanced acidity, and a smooth finish.
