FUMI Festive Menus

FUMI launches a contemporary Christmas and New Year’s eight-course festive set dinner that will offer the perfect way to farewell the year past. Available on 24 and 31 December and priced at HK$1,080 per person.

All guests who dine-in on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2021, will receive an exclusive natural skincare gift, a set of Evolcare’s “Silk” Milky Lotion & “Milky Way” Cleansing Milk worth HK$360, to take home, while supplies last.

Alternatively, the festive crab feast brunch and dinner buffet features a selection of seasonal premium ingredients such as Hokkaido king crab leg, Miyazaki barbecue beef, sushi rolls and sashimi. Available on 25, 26 and 27 December, the brunch buffet is available from 12 pm to 3 pm; while the dinner buffet is from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The buffets are priced at HK$650 per adult and HK$325 per child for brunch, and HK$850 per adult and HK$425 per child for dinner.

Available on 24 and 31 December and priced at HK$1,080 per person, highlights include Chūtoro and Hokkaido Sea Urchin sashimi; Seared Scallop with Sweet Soy Sauce; Prawn Hokkaiyaki; crispy Crab Cake Cutlet; Pan-fried A4 Miyazaki Beef with Garlic; and Miyazaki Chicken Thigh with Egg  Rice Bowl.

The feast includes an unlimited supply of appetizers, cold dishes, sashimi, sushi rolls, deep-fried and grilled items, and hot dishes from the buffet counters, as well as one main course. Each guest will also receive a complimentary of Hokkaido Jumbo Botan Shrimp Sashimi.

Complete the feast with free-flow options, starting from HK$198 per person.
