Menu to Celebrate Hairy Crab Season
As Autumn approaches, the highly anticipated Hairy Crab season is upon us, and Gold Garden Shanghai Cuisine is proud to announce the launch of their seasonal 8-course menu, “Savour The Hairy Crab and Delicacies.” Renowned for their unique characteristics, Hairy Crabs are highly sought after for their delicate and sweet taste, making them revered delicacies in Huaiyang-Shanghainese cuisines. Gold Garden Shanghai Cuisine, a leading establishment in the culinary scene, takes immense pride in guiding their esteemed patrons into the captivating world of Hairy Crabs. Starting from 25 September 2023, the “Savour The Hairy Crab and Delicacies” menu will be available to guests, priced at just HK$588 (originally priced at HK$988) per person (subject to 10% service charge). The menu features the finest Steamed Jiangsu Hairy Crabs, meticulously selected to guarantee a weight between 187 to 206 grams, ensuring the utmost quality and satisfaction.
