Hard Rock Celebrates its Southern Roots with

HARD ROCK CAFE HONG KONG ROCKS YOUR TASTE BUDS ‘N’ ROLLS OUT MEXICAN FLAVORS

As part of its latest rockin’ flavor rollout, Hard Rock Cafe Hong Kong is paying tribute to its southern US roots and celebrates “Cinco de Mayo” with a non-stop food & drinks party reaching far into the summer months. “Mas Tequila” is aptly named after the main ingredient. Tequila is used in both the ice cold signature Margaritas as well as in the marinade of the delicious NY Steak Fajitas and Tequila Lime Chicken Sandwich. Although we don’t really need a reason to party, we have used the Mexican liberation day as a reason to showcase fabulous Tequila drinks and sumptuous food. With a host of new recipes, a commitment to fresh ingredients and the signature flair that guests can only get at Hard Rock, never has there been a better time to take a seat at Hard Rock Cafe!

Hard Rock is proud to introduce these limited time offer menu items adding to our authentic, made-from-scratch cuisine that fans have grown to love.

  • Tequila Lime Chicken Sandwich – Take the best of Mexico’s tequila plus fresh lime and use them to marinate boneless chicken breast. Grilled on our char broilers it is served on a toasted bun with fresh guacamole, melted jack cheese, lettuce, tomato & chipotle mayonnaise. Rounding off this juicy and delectable dish is a side of Hard Rock salsa and seasoned fries.

  • NY Steak Fajita – An 8oz tequila marinated New York strip steak is grilled to perfection and served on a sizzling skilled with pico de gallo, shredded jack & cheddar cheeses, fresh guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce and of course warm flour tortillas – the crowning of this ever popular Tex-Mex dish!

These new items have arrived in Cafe and will be available until July 7. In addition to its food, Hard Rock’s extensive, award-winning drinks menu includes Hurricanes, Margaritas, signature favorites and Alternative Rock (alcohol-free) beverages, all available in Hard Rock souvenir collectible glassware.
