Celebrate Chinese New Year – Spectacular Fireworks in a Cinematic Harbour Setting

The Lobby Lounge: Witness the return of the Lunar New Year fireworks after four years. On 11 February, enjoy a Fireworks 6-Course Dinner Menu for HK$1,388 per person. From 10-13 February, indulge in a Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea for HK$1,288 for two, featuring seasonal savoury flavours and exquisite confections.
Lai Ching Heen: A showcase of Cantonese culinary mastery and premium ingredients, savour Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai and Head Chef Cheng Man Sang’s 6-Course Fat Choy Set Menu from 16 January to 25 February (except 11 February) for HK$2,088 per person. On 11 February, there will be a special 6-Course Fireworks Dinner Menu, available for HK$3,488 per adult and HK$1,748 per child (ages 4-11). Chef Lau will also present a selection of auspicious Chinese New dishes, complemented by rare teas curated by Tea Sommelier Kelvin Mok.
Lai Ching Heen Lunar New Year Delicacies: Loved ones and valued business partners will delight in gifts such as the Savoury Turnip New Year Pudding crafted with premium ingredients and time-honoured techniques, including a meticulous steaming process that infuses the delicate essence of turnip with the indulgent taste of air-dried preserved meat (HK$428 per box) and the Premium Chinese New Year Hamper (HK$3,988), featuring a treasure trove of seasonal delicacies including a Savoury Turnip New Year Pudding with air-dried preserved meat, a bottle of Chateau Kirwan 2016, Sparkling Golden Oolong with Longan Honey, Lai Ching Heen Homemade X.O. Chili Sauce, dried Chinese mushrooms, premium fish maw and Japanese dried conpoy.
The Steak House: On 11 February, enjoy a 5-Course Fireworks Dinner Menu featuring premium quality meats and wine pairings for HK$2,588 per adult and HK$1,588 per child (ages 4-11), and enjoy an up-close viewing of the fireworks from the adjoining private terrace.
Nobu Hong Kong: Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a special Sashimi Lo-Hey, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune. The 8-Course Omakase Dinner Menu on 10, 12, and 13 February for HK$1,688 per person showcases Nobu’s unique Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences including special dishes Chilean SeabassYuzu Truffle Dry Miso and a Golden Sweet, deliciously made with sweet potato, ginger ice-cream and coconut foam for dessert. The Fireworks Omakase Dinner on 11 February is priced at HK$2,288 per person.
