ONDA
At ONDA, the menu is a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the Mediterranean. Guests can indulge in exquisite dishes that range from delicate Crudo to large format Big Plates.

Small plates include Pickled Mussels with Colatura di Alici Vinaigrette (HK$98), simply plated yet delivering maximum flavour. The artfully presented Aged Organic Salmon with raspberries and salmon roe (HK$128), shaped like a charming starfish, is as appealing to the eye as it is to the palate.
Moving into media plates, savour the Linguine AOP and Abalone (HK$208), crafted with fragrant garlic, oil, chilli pepper and prized abalone heads, or the Spaghetti Carbo Mare (HK$218), a seafood twist on a classic carbonara with cured pork cheek, pecorino egg, salmon, cuttlefish and prawns.
Save room for big plates like the Half Paccheri with Scorpion Fish Ragout (HK$408), enriched with fresh tomato and basil or Burrata and Braised Baby Octopus, complemented by black olives, capers, and tomato (HK$238).
