Now, with the introduction of à la carte menus and walk-in availability, the experience becomes more fluid — inviting guests to engage with its refined, zero-waste cuisine at their own pace.

Set within the natural surroundings of Tri Vananda, JAMPA’s approach is guided by live-fire cooking techniques and a deep respect for ingredient integrity. Under the direction of Chef Gongpitak Boontanaveerapat, each dish is composed with restraint and precision, allowing the natural character of seasonal produce to take centre stage. Complementing this refined setting is HiDEAWAY by JAMPA, a more relaxed, nature-driven concept that unfolds within the open-air landscape of Pru Jampa Farm. Available on weekends, the experience begins with a guided farm tour, creating a direct connection between land and table. The menu reflects this philosophy through ingredient-led compositions that are both creative and grounded in seasonality.
