The Singapore National Day Special sharing set menu is divided into Small Plates which are ideal for sharing, as well as hearty Meat and Seafood Mains, a Noodle section and a neat selection of desserts.
Whilst the flavours and processes behind Jom’s menu are traditional, the restaurant’s approach to cooking is innovative and fun. Local favourites like Black Pepper Tiger Prawn, Iberico Coee Pork Ribs, Sambal Stingray and Wat Tan Hor are all feature on the menu and presented with a modern twist in a contemporary, minimalist setting which allows the vibrant, comforting dishes to take centre stage. Plates are accompanied by unique, homemade sambals and each variation of the flavourful paste has been created to directly complement individual dishes.
The National Day sharing set menu is available throughout the month of August, priced at *HK$598 for two. And the set includes a welcome mocktail for two.
