JW Café Makes a Grand Return and Unveils an Exceptional Buffet Experience
JW Café Returns with an Elevated Buffet Experience at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong
Hong Kong | One of Hong Kong’s most beloved buffet destinations is back. Following a refined revamp, JW Café at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong reopens on 1 October, ushering in a new chapter of elevated all-day dining and indulgent culinary theatre in the heart of Admiralty.
Long celebrated for its abundant buffets and signature Chinese delicacies, JW Café now offers guests a refreshed space and enhanced menu that’s bigger, bolder, and more finely tuned than ever.

JW Café – Sushi and Sashimi
A New Look, A Familiar Warmth
Spanning over 220 seats, the updated space balances warm timber accents, modern furnishings, and generous natural light for an inviting and contemporary setting. At the centre of it all are interactive cooking stations and live culinary counters — where flavours come alive before your eyes.
Whether you’re gathering for a leisurely family meal or entertaining business guests, JW Café’s upgraded interior and layout offer comfort, style, and versatility.
Elevated Dinner Buffets, Anchored in Excellence
Executive Chef Tony Wong brings over 30 years of culinary expertise, curating an ambitious dinner buffet that brings together premium Chinese delicacies, Japanese omakase-style offerings, Western roasts, live seafood stations, and more.

JW Café – Buddha Jumps Over the Wall
Standouts include:
Braised South African Abalone with Chicken, cooked low and slow in a superior broth of Jinhua ham and dried scallops
Fish Maw with Wild Millet, rich in collagen and bold in umami
Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, with abalone, deer tendon, scallops, and more
Roast Station highlights like Peking Duck, Roasted Pigeon, and Barbecued Pork
The Japanese station brings a touch of omakase theatre to the buffet line, with two nightly surprise dishes. Think: Lobster Sashimi with Chilli Dressing, Botan Shrimp with Uni and Crab Roe, or Wagyu Sushi, all meticulously prepared and elegantly plated.
Seafood lovers can indulge in a rotating selection of fresh lobster, snow crab legs, brown crab, and prawns, while the live noodle station offers a nostalgic Hong Kong twist with mix-and-match toppings like beef brisket, tendon, and handmade wontons.
On the Western front, the Pan-Seared Australian Wagyu, Oven-Baked King Prawns with Herb Butter, and Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack offer a carnivore’s dream.
