La Petite Maison (LPM) Celebrates the Vibrant Spring Flavours of the Côte d’Azur with New Seasonal Menu

French Riviera-style restaurant La Petite Maison (LPM) is delighted to unveil its new seasonal a la carte menu, ‘A Mediterranean Spring Symphony’, launching on March 9.

Celebrating the vibrant flavours of spring and early summer along the Côte d’Azur, the menu tells the culinary story of a sun-drenched coastline emerging from winter – a season of renewal expressed through freshness, colour and lightness.

Located on Stanley Street in Central, the chic dining destination embraces the Mediterranean’s most evocative ingredients – from iconic red prawns and creamy sea urchin to tender baby artichokes and sun-ripened strawberries – thoughtfully interpreted through a refined southern French lens for Hong Kong diners.

Balancing rustic charm with Riviera elegance, the new menu unfolds as a journey through the season’s finest produce. Red Prawns Carpaccio with Sour Cream and Caviar showcases the shellfish at the height of its natural sweetness, delicately paired with caviar and a touch of sour cream to enhance rather than overshadow its flavour. A Marseille-style Fish Ball Soup (Boulettes de Poisson à la Marseillaise) pays homage both to the southern French port city and to Hong Kong’s beloved street staple, featuring fresh white fish gently seasoned with spring herbs and tomatoes. Marinated Baby Artichokes, at their most tender during the season, are lightly prepared to preserve their subtle sweetness, offering a refreshing counterpoint to richer dishes.

The spirit of spring continues with a succulent Veal Milanese, prized for its tenderness at this time of year, the cutlet remaining juicy beneath a light, golden crumb. Lemon Linguine with Uni captures the brightness of the Mediterranean coast, where citrus notes lift the creamy richness of sea urchin in a dish that feels both indulgent and invigorating.

To conclude, Strawberries Éclair celebrates one of spring’s most beloved fruits, bringing a fresh and elegant twist to the classic pastry with sweetness and lightness in perfect balance.

“Each dish is a chapter in this story, inviting diners to savour the clean flavours and light textures that only spring can offer,” says LPM Head Chef Yahya Sarir. “The menu reflects a season of renewal and abundance. Every ingredient is selected at its peak, while also embracing Hong Kong’s love of exceptional seafood, creating a dining experience that feels both timeless and contemporary.”

Designed for intimate dinners and lively gatherings, LPM’s elegant interiors evoke the unmistakable glamour and joie de vivre of the French Riviera, offering a transportive escape from the bustle of Central.
