Gourmets who wait year-long for the winter black truffle season can indulge to their heart’s content from now to 4 March 2023 as La Table French Brasserie presents a five-course dinner showcasing the culinary “black diamond” – winter black truffle from Perigord, France.

All the premium delicacies on the speciality menu are served with three grams of freshly shaved black truffle on top for unparalleled enjoyment on the palate.  The five-course set dinner starts with Beef Tartare topped with Onsen first egg, followed by creamy Wild Mushroom Cream Soup for a warming start.  Diners are then served Gemelli Pasta with Porcini Cream Sauce; the pasta is prepared al dente and goes perfectly with the freshly shaved black truffle.  Following is the main dish – Grilled Australian Wagyu Striploin with Bordelaise Jus paired with baby carrot, beetroot and Yorkshire pudding.  Black Truffle Chocolate complemented with fresh fruit gratin is the fitting finale.
