New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel’s French restaurant La Table will showcase a six-course French wine dinner for diners to savour exquisitely crafted gastronomic delights paired with premier fine wines from the Chateau Cantemerle winery in Bordeaux, France on Saturday, 17 October 2015. The Director of Chateau Cantemerle winery, Mr Philippe Dambrine, will be present at the dinner to introduce the wines.
Chateau Cantemerle winery has a long pedigree in wine production, which can be traced back to 1147. Their unique soil and microclimate is reflected in the wine’s personality. Chateau Cantemerle winery’s wine quality rose above that of other wineries in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855, which led them to become one of the five famous wineries honoured in the Haut-Médoc region. Their great wine has a brilliant colour, a powerful bouquet and a soft, lively flavour with refined fruitiness.
