This year, Savoir Rêver reimagines the golden age of aristocratic travel through a series of exquisitely crafted environments — from the deck of a grand ocean liner to the cabin of a private jet, and onward to a romantic 19th-century French train station. Each setting pays homage to the elegance and allure of luxurious exploration. The exhibition brings together the Maison’s most exceptional creations, including newly unveiled hard-sided trunks, the latest Home Collection, Objets Nomades, decorative objects and home textiles, and rare pieces from the Exotic Collection. Completing the experience are custom-made ready to wear designs, high jewelry, and timepieces — all celebrating Louis Vuitton’s enduring spirit of innovation and craftsmanship.

A Cruise into Creativity: Sail on the Ocean

The journey begins aboard the Sail on the Ocean zone — a poetic cruise liner gently anchored in a harbour of dreams and design. Inspired by the serene elegance of ocean voyages, the space evokes a poetic summer voyage through the elegant use of streamlined design. It features custom-made evening gowns beloved by celebrities, newly debuted Home Collection furniture from Milan Design Week, exquisite tableware, Objets Nomades, and signature trunks.

Among the standout creations is the Kaléidoscope Cabinet by Estúdio Campana — a dazzling mosaic composed of over 500 vibrant Louis Vuitton leather inlays, meticulously assembled by hand over 200 hours. This piece exemplifies the fusion of bold creativity and artisanal excellence.  As part of the Cocoon Couture series, the iconic Cocoon Chair by Estúdio Campana returns in a spectacular new edition, adorned with hand-sewn sequins and gloss beads, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and artistic flair. Making its Hong Kong debut, the Signature Collection introduces exceptional furniture designs by renowned collaborators including Cristián Mohaded, Patricia Urquiola, and Patrick Jouin. This thematic space also features a curated selection of Louis Vuitton trunks, from the coveted Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Cherry Blossom Trunk to the newly unveiled Malle Sake from the Men’s Fall-Winter 2025 collection — each a testament to the Maison’s enduring spirit of innovation and artistry.

A Tribute to the Iconic Exotic Collection: Showcasing the Pinnacle of Artisanal Excellence

Guests are then transported into the skies in the Fly Through the Sky zone — a tribute to Louis Vuitton’s iconic Exotic collection. The cabin-like space showcases rare creations in luminous ivory white and silver sparkle. Highlights include the Capucines Mini in crocodile leather, lined with luxurious goatskin and adorned with different colors and sizes of pearls are intricately inlaid into each other to create dimension. Another edition features 22 Monogram flowers embroidered in light pink feathers, with a crystal-color strass as its heart. Additionally, a metallic structure links all the flowers together, giving the appearance of a real flower bouquet. In fine jewelry showcase, Louis Vuitton’s beloved mascot Vivienne returns in the Vivienne collection, unveiling new diamond pendants and earrings. For the first time in Hong Kong, the complete series of Vivienne’s twelve zodiac personas is revealed — each one capturing her playful charm while artfully blending Eastern cultural symbolism with contemporary fashion aesthetics, infusing the collection with fresh allure.

In the men’s collection, the iconic Speedy P9 is reinterpreted in crocodile, echoing Pharrell Williams’ signature silhouette, introducing a brand-new innovation: the monogram screen printing. It requires a distinctive savoir-faire, highlighting Maison’s mastery in artisanal craftsmanship. As a nod to Pharell Williams quote “the sun is shining on us”, the new Solar Power finishing, a radiant yellow with silver pigment accents, and Mystic Green, a moiré-inspired tone with a glossy, hand-sprayed finish — are introduced across a selection of small leather goods, including the Handle Soft Trunk and Nano Steamer. A dedicated space inspired by Pharrell Williams’ private jet showcases exclusive pieces from the Men’s Fall-Winter 2025 collection, including the bespoke Rarex line, exotic leather bags, the Damier Phriendship four-color trunk set engraved with portraits of Pharrell and Nigo — a tribute to their enduring friendship — and the newly reimagined Courrier Lozine 110 trunk, artistically interpreted by Japanese artist Azuma Makoto.

A Journey Through Time: “Stroll on the Land”

The final chapter transports guests to a romanticised 19th-century French train station — a tribute to the golden age of rail travel. On the platform, Louis Vuitton’s legendary trunks are displayed, evoking fleeting encounters and shared moments. Among them is a Hong Kong-exclusive trunk tower, inspired by the city’s cultural landmarks — from a whimsical hot air balloon ride over Kowloon Walled City to the iconic Lion Rock — blending French elegance with local heritage.

Before boarding the train, guests are invited to discover the Maison’s latest horological masterpieces — including the Tambour Taiko Spin Time, Tambour Convergence, and the newly unveiled Escale models, showcased in full for the first time in Hong Kong. Among the highlights is the Escale with a blue onyx dial and the Trianon grey canvas edition, adorned with Gaston-Louis Vuitton’s Monogram motifs and personal motto. These timepieces reinterpret the decorative codes of Louis Vuitton’s iconic trunks through architectural design and meticulous detailing, elevating the passage of time into a poetic symphony of precision and elegance.

Onboard, the Awakened Hands, Awakened Minds High Jewelry collection continues its homage to 19th-century French ingenuity. Debuting in Hong Kong, the four themes — Phenomenal, Vision, Frequence and Splendur — are presented in their most resplendent form, offering a dazzling interpretation of Louis Vuitton’s High Jewelry savoir-faire.

A Poetic Finale

The journey concludes in a nostalgic Hong Kong-style café (Cha Chaan Teng) setting.  Offering an elevated version of our local delicacy, the Satay Beef Sandwich is created with angus beef and the Luncheon Meat & Egg Sandwich with Iberico ham. To finish off two signature desserts are offered, the Pineapple bun paired with handmade french butter and the iconic Mini Egg Tarts. Savoir Rêver 2025 is a voyage through time, craftsmanship, and imagination, where every detail tells a story, and every creation is a testament to the Maison’s pursuit of excellence.
