Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong joins Marriott’s new luxury dining platform, The Culinary Atelier, with a one-night-only six-hands dinner on 6 June 2025. This exclusive event will bring together three celebrated chefs: Jayson Tang (Man Ho), Hung Chi-Kwong (Rùn), and Edwin Tang (Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira), who share over two decades of friendship and dedication to Cantonese cuisine.

The bespoke menu fuses tradition with innovation and includes highlights such as:

Each dish draws on the chefs’ personal journeys and reimagines classic Cantonese flavours with contemporary finesse. Guests will also receive a complimentary bottle of Trinity Blend Sauce, a joint creation by the three chefs.
