Cantonese Delicacies for a Reunion Dinner

Revel in an exceptional Cantonese fine dining experience with loved ones on the reunion festival at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, where the interior design takes inspiration from a contemporary Chinese garden and exudes refinement. The culinary team led by Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang thoughtfully creates an eight-course festive dinner menu to impress epicureans with traditional Cantonese fare infused with modern touches. Savour dishes using premium ingredients, including Baked Sea Whelk Stuffed with Pork in Portuguese Sauce; Double-Boiled Fish Maw Soup with Conpoy and Dendrobium Orchid; Sautéed Half Lobster in Superior Broth; Braised South African Dried Abalone with Black Mushrooms and Goose Web; and Deep-Fried Crispy Baby Pigeon. Follow the traditions and wrap up the meal on a sweet note with the handcrafted desserts symbolising harmony, including Sweetened Red Date Soup with Glutinous Rice Dumplings and Man Ho Mooncakes.

The Man Ho Mid-Autumn Reunion Dinner is available on 17 September 2024, from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm. The menu is priced at HK$1,388 per guest (minimum two guests), subject to a 10% service charge. Reserve now on the JW eShop.

Sumptuous Takeaway Poon Choi

Savour a decadent Mid-Autumn family meal at home with a scrumptious takeaway Poon Choi meticulously curated by the culinary team of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant.

The reusable cast iron pot is layered with a total of 18 lavish ingredients, including Australian sea cucumber, 33-head South African dried abalone, black sea moss, goose web, shitake mushrooms, whole dried scallops, tea-smoked local Ping Yuen chicken, roasted goose, tiger prawns with shrimp roe, bean curd sheet roll with mud carp fish, pork tendon, bamboo fungus, fish maw, pomelo peel, radishes, bean curd sheet cakes, Chinese cabbage and shrimp mousse stuffed in morel mushrooms. The Poon Choi comes with a rich and umami homemade braised abalone sauce.

The takeaway Poon Choi can now be ordered online on the JW eShop and is available for delivery from 26 August to 17 September 2024. It serves six to eight persons and is priced at HK$988 per person (six persons up) with complimentary delivery to one single address*. Each subsequent portion from the seventh person onward is priced at HK$888 per person.
