The beautifully simulated environment will bring a comprehensive perspective on the life and work of the artist to locations where his paintings are now too fragile to travel.

Meet-Vincent-van-Gogh_BN019_LRThis truly multisensory and interactive experience uses innovative techniques, high quality reproductions and impressive visual effects to tell Van Gogh’s incredible life story. Visitors will be able to delve into the artist’s brilliant mind and troubled psyche; see what he saw, hear what he heard and read what he wrote with the help of extraordinary personal letters, profound knowledge of the Van Gogh Museum and special insights of Mr. Willem van Gogh the great-grandson of Theo van Gogh, the artist’s brother. This unique experience moves beyond the art to uncover what shaped Van Gogh’s passionate spirit.

In every corner of the world, people know Vincent van Gogh. His extraordinary life and enthralling art inspire millions to this day, while a particularly strong and ever growing sense of enthusiasm is evident from the people of China. Many know Van Gogh as the painter of Sunflowers or Almond Blossom, or as the artist who cut off his ear, but his story is far richer and more complex than this. By actually stepping into Vincent’s world, one really gets to know the man behind the celebrated paintings.
