Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus has collaborated with triple world champion jam maker Francis Miot to create a unique Violet & Blueberry jam in the colours of autumn, which is fruit-driven and full of fragrance. Created by the hotel’s talented pastry team, the “Perfect in Pink and Purple” afternoon tea captures the elegance and fragrance of late summer’s flowers such as violets, roses, Egyptian starflowers and lavender alongside the first autumnal berries.
As part of the hotel’s ongoing “LMO initiative”, a portion of the proceeds from each tea set will be donated to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF) in support of their efforts to raise awareness for breast cancer. Complemented with Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin (VCP) Pink Champagne, the “Perfect in Pink and Purple” afternoon tea gives guests a chance to enjoy a pretty and delicious treat, while supporting a worthwhile charity.
“Perfect in Pink and Purple” afternoon tea sets are served with a selection of the finest teas and coffees, including free flowing cold-infused hibiscus and black current JING tea. The first 200 patrons each month, who order the afternoon tea set will receive a pink ribbon pin from the HKBCF as a token of thanks for their support.
Mondays to Fridays – 3pm to 5:30pm
