Morton’s Launches Decadent Valentine’s Day Menu
Morton’s The Steakhouse makes Valentine’s Day planning a breeze with an exceptional three-course menu that is best enjoyed alongside its stunning views of Victoria Harbour.
Guests can take their pick from aphrodisiacal Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell, luxurious Pan-Seared Foie Gras with toasted brioche, nuts, cranberry apple chutney and a balsamic glaze, or indulge in Lobster-Stuffed Mushrooms, creamy Lobster Bisque or an impressive Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.
A choice of three impressive steaks and one seafood option guarantees that February 14th will be a night to remember. A 16 0z Prime Ribeye with Two-Pound Fresh Whole Baked Maine Lobster (+HK$100 per person)is made to share and proves that only the best will do on Valentine’s Day. A Center-Cut Filet Mignon (8oz) is elevated with an Oscar-style preparation of crabmeat, béarnaise and asparagus, while a Centre-Cut Prime New York Medallion with Bone Marrow will satisfy the richest of appetites. Last but not least, an omega-3-rich Honey-Balsamic Glazed Ora King Salmon filet ensures there is plenty of room for dessert: a choice of heart-shaped New York Cheesecake, or Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse. Guests can take their pick from Morton’s moreish sides like Parmesan Truffle Fries, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach and Sautéed Button Mushrooms.
