ONYX by GO24 Fitness Admiralty Opens to Transform Queen’s Road East into a Communal Wellness Haven

ONYX by GO24 Fitness, renowned for merging high‑performance training with communal vitality, yesterday unveils its largest club on Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai. This 20,000 sq ft, three‑storey venue reshapes the face of Admiralty, fostering shared experiences that blend rigorous workouts, cutting‑edge recovery and genuine human connection.

ONYX by GO24 Admiralty introduces a communal contrast‑therapy zone where members can alternate between infrared sauna warmth and cold plunge refreshment. Here, recovery transcends solitude, becoming a collective ritual that accelerates muscle repair, enhances circulation and sharpens mental clarity. Adjacent to this, the venue houses the city’s first Hyperice recovery room, complete with Normatec compression boots that offer pneumatic therapy to soothe soreness and prime bodies for performance or peaceful rest.

The wellness journey continues in a dedicated reformer Pilates studio, where shared instruction and synchronised movement cultivate strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting.

Beyond recovery and Pilates, the club’s expansive members-only schedule draws on Les Mills flair:BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP and LM CORE alongside Yoga with Sound Healing and mat Pilates that unite breath, movement and mindfulness. Dance aficionados find their beat in K-pop, Funky Dance and Jazz Funk classes, while HIIT and SWEAT sessions ignite the cardiovascular core. Stick mobility and gentle stretching classes are woven throughout, ensuring mobility and injury prevention remain integral to every routine.

To celebrate this milestone, ONYX is offering founding memberships at a special rate. These memberships grant unrestricted access to Admiralty’s three-storey complex, all four other Hong Kong ONYX venues and eight GO24 Fitness neighbourhood clubs, extending a community-centred ethos city-wide.

In August, ONYX by GO24 Fitness will further expand its presence with the opening of a new high-performance club at LHT Tower in Central, promising another vibrant hub for fitness and well-being in the heart of the city.
