Percy’s with New Free-Flow Brunch Menu 

Soho’s trendiest seafood eatery, Percy’s, reopens its doors to day-time service starting from today with an exceptional new Free-Flow Brunch Menu, available every Friday to Sunday. 

On the menu are classics like freshly shucked Oysters (from HK$48+) as well as creative takes on traditional dishes. Guests will enjoy the decadent Lobster Cocktail (HK$298) with white soy, aioli, togarashi and bright, zesty fingerling lime and Razor Clams (HK$138) with scallion fragrant Meyer lemon ponzu and toasty grilled peanuts.

Chef Braden Reardon comes into his element with his masterfully Dry Aged Tuna Merguez Sausage (HK$638) with Oysri oyster, served with freshly baked rye bread and umami rich seaweed butter. A Seafood Quiche (HK$268) packed with plump scallops, prawns, blue crab, caramelised onions and salty Comté delivers next-level flavour alongside all the comfort of a home-cooked meal.


The Crab Cake Benedict (HK$248) converts a Maryland classic into an utterly irresistible brunch dish, whilst the epic Tuna Melt (HK$178) nods to Chef Braden’s mother’s cooking and is the perfect juxtaposition to a Percy’s margarita or glass of bubbles.

Of course, the Percy’s Burger (HK$158) remains an all-time favourite, but fresh sides such as the creative Smoked Eel Hash Browns (HK$68) give guests the option to curate an unrivalled mid-day feast. 

New desserts like the Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding (HK$78) with hazelnut celebrate another iconic brunch treat, and ensure the meal ends on a sweet note.

The merriment extends from the plate to the glass with an unbeatable Free-Flow Package (HK$268 per person for 2 hours, additional 1 hour for HK$108 per person) featuring Tamarind Margaritas, Prosecco, Campari Spritz, Aperol Spritz and the best Bloody Mary in town: Percy’s Ruby Snapper is a jaw-dropping creation that can be customised with garnishes including Lobster, King Prawn and Razor Clams (from HK$48+). An enticing selection of house wine and soft drinks is also included in the package.

Brunch is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am to 3.00pm (last call at 2.30pm).

Takeaway is available during operational hours.
