FORTNUM & MASON Hong Kong is thrilled to unveil an exciting array of programmes for this summer with the enthralling “Playground of Delicious Discovery”. Designed to enchant food lovers from June to August 2024, the flavoursome discoveries and epicurean adventures alongside an exclusive Summer Chef Series promise a season filled with sumptuous indulgence and gourmet delight.

3-month of excitement for gastronomes from June to August 2024

Prepare to be transported to a world of gastronomic magic with the Red & Red Jazz Nights at 181, where the fusion of exquisite dining and live music set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Taking place on nights coinciding with the spectacular fireworks display at the nearby Wan Chai Harbour, diners will be treated to a specially curated menu featuring premium Australian Wagyu sirloin with all the trimmings, expertly paired with Fortnum’s very own Margeaux selected by the sommelier for its alluring taste and soft refined tannins. As a jazz band serenades the night, guests will be treated to the mesmerising views of the Victoria Harbour, illuminated from the remarkable vantage point of 181.

In addition, FORTNUM & MASON is elated to present the Summer Chef Series, featuring renowned chefs who will take the helm of 181’s kitchen each month. Launching the series in June is Chef Tiff Lo, the talented artist behind Hong Kong’s acclaimed neighbourhood bistro jean may. Chef Tiff shares Fortnum’s commitment to championing extraordinary food and bring her expertise in seasonality, sustainability and French cuisine to craft menus that showcases some of Fortnum’s products.
