This January and February 2015, New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Sagano, is serving up “All-you-can-eat Kagoshima Wagyu and Hakkinton Pork Hot Pot”, complemented with unlimited serving of beef and pork, which will surely warm diners up right to the heart.
Japanese Chef Masahiko Noka has selected the premium Wagyu beef from Kagoshima and Hakkinton Pork from Iwate to delight diners’ taste buds. The former one is classified as A4 in beef grading and famous for its ideal marbling and juiciness. The latter one is a renowned product from Iwate in Japan and is popular for the fattiness, indulgent flavour as well as its superbly tender texture. The hot pot will be served in shabu shabu with a clear ox bone broth, or sukiyaki, with a Japanese sweet soya sauce broth and a selection of condiments and sauces. Besides, the set menu also comes with a seasonal appetiser, assorted sashimi, Japanese udon or steamed rice with miso soup, pickles and dessert.
“All-you-can-eat Kagoshima Wagyu and Hakkinton Pork Hot Pot” is priced at HKD980 per person available from Tuesday to Saturday at dinner period only. The price is subject to 10 percent service charge and discount privileges do not apply. For enquiries or reservations, please call 2313 4215.
