The collaboration honours the magic of motherhood, turning clinking glasses, shared plates, and handwritten notes into timeless traditions. The experience begins with a welcome glass of Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea, lightly floral and sparkling—to start the meal.

Guests can indulge in the Mother’s Day Brunch (HK$998++) or Mother’s Day Dinner (HK$1,288++), featuring dishes such as Panko-Crusted Crab Cake with Tartare Sauce, Irish Smoked Salmon accompanied by Cornichons and Crème Fraiche, and Freshly Shucked Oysters with Lemon & Mignon. For the main course, choose between the Chef’s Daily Catch or Blue Lobster Fettucine—grilled blue lobster tossed in rich lobster sauce, aged Parmesan, and silken pasta.
To elevate the celebration, the Free-Flow Add-On (HK$188) offers unlimited pours of Saicho Hojicha or Jasmine Sparkling Tea.
