Salvatore Ferragamo Launches Its First Fine Jewellery Collection

On the 21st of February, Salvatore Ferragamo launched its first fine jewellery collection and presented to VIPs and members of the media at the Pacific Place boutique.  Renowned actress and model Ms. Lynn Xiong was present and introduced the new collection with designer Gianni Bulgari. Dressed in a deep magenta silk dress from Ferragamo Spring Summer 2012 collection, Lynn’s bold and radiant look was complemented by a 18kt yellow gold and diamond necklace and ring from the Futurista Collection, as well as a pair of 18kt pink gold earrings from the Intreccio Collection.  Over 200 notable guests and jewellery connoisseurs attended the cocktail party, where they enjoyed champagne and a live music performance by a Jazz Trio. Guests that attended the cocktail event included Ms Chang Fei Ping, Ms Natalie Chan, Mrs Haylie Lee Ling, Mrs Suelynn Hwa, Mrs Jeanny Da Silva and Mr & Mrs Samuel Lee.  Presentation on models gave the guests a first glance at the collection, while showcases are setup throughout the venue, matching the elegant and prestigious nature of the unveiling.


The collection includes three highlighted series – Futurista, Vara and Gancino, representing three iconic Salvatore Ferragamo symbols.  Created in partnership with Gianni Bulgari, the grandson of the founder of the famous Roman jewellery Maison, the new collection displays strong and recognizable creativity and design representative of the Ferragamo rich heritage.  The jewellery plays with the brand’s most celebrated symbols and icons, reinterpreting them in a modern vein to explore new designs while emphasize Salvatore Ferragamo identity. Silver, gold, precious and semi-precious stones are used throughout the sparkling collection.


The Ferragamo jewellery collection is now available at the Salvatore Ferragamo store at Canton Road and Pacific Place in Hong Kong, as well as One Central in Macau.
