“Feast of Autumn” A La Carte Menu and 6-course Autumn Tasting Menu

This season, Chef Yeung and the culinary team created a delicate menu featuring premium seasonal ingredients including Mud Crab, Stewed Fish Maw, Black Truffle and Abalone. The “Feast of Autumn” a la carte offerings include Mud Crab Meat and Roe served with Rice (HK$1,388), made in limited quantities with Philippines Mud Crab, Japanese Pearl Rice with a hint of spices like butter and garlic to elevate the complexity of flavors; Stewed Fish Maw with Iberico Ham (24 Months) (HK$288), inspired by old Hong Kong dish Stewed Fish Maw with Jinhua ham; Roasted Three Yellow Chicken Stuffed with Black Truffle and Morel Rice (HK$888), a dish which undergoes a two-day long marinated and preparation process; Pan-fried Kurobuta Pork Cake with Sakura Shrimp (HK$288), an awarded dishes in the Hong Kong Tourism Board “Best of the Best Culinary Awards”; Authentic Sweet and Sour Pork (HK$288) with the pork collar butt here rolled into balls; Stir-fried Eight Treasure Vegetables (HK$238) with asparagus, kale, corn, carrot, lotus root, mushroom, bell pepper and water chestnut, which serve as an alternative vegetarian option. Other new a la carte items include Drunken Abalone (HK$68 per piece) featuring braised Taiwanese abalone and Huadiao Wine, and Marinated Ox Tongue Cube (HK$138) made with house-made Chinese marinade and Australian Wagyu beef. A special 6-course Autumn Tasting Menu is also available at HK$788 + 10% per guest (minimum 2 person), a tasting experience not to be missed by Cantonese Cuisine lovers. A carte menu and tasting menu are available for dine-in and takeaway and some dishes require three-day in advance to place order.
