Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort has launched its latest guest engagement program, “THE TASTE OF NIRVANA”, as part of the resort’s initiative to improve and increase its guests’ satisfaction. The Taste of Nirvana is supported by three key pillars.
The First pillar is a Warm Welcome, which aims to delight guests upon their arrival with a series of greeting line ups from various front line ambassadors to executive management team.
The Second pillar is Personalized Gifts, where guests will be given local crafts such as sarongs, wooden fans or chocolates as part of the guest experience to create memorable moments when they leave the hotel.
The Third pillar is to inculcate the Balinese Culture. To help guests to better understand the local Balinese culture, the team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort has created a very special Balinese Culture Tour. Dressed in traditional Balinese attire, guests will go through a series of ceremonial rituals at the hotel after which they will be taken to the hotel temple where a local priest will share religious practices and beliefs about Bali. Guests will also attend workshops for offerings as part of their sacred temple visit, and they will be treated to a sumptuous Balinese meal for a small token prepared by chefs at Toya Beach Bar and Grill.
“I am proud to share this new guest experience initiative with our guests. It is Sofitel Bali’s very own and I am confident that our guests will have a personalized experience like no other – one that is enriching, and insightful giving them the opportunity to connect with the resort island as their preferred holiday destination,” said Sylvain Pasdeloup, General Manager, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort
