To celebrate the spirit of love, Mr. Wolf invites diners to enjoy Valentine’s Day with a sensual sharing-style elevated bistro menu that perfectly complements 4 different wine labels masterfully created by Chef Jamie Draper.
From 10 to 14 February, spoil that special someone with a romantic Wine Pairing Three-Course Menu (HK$1388 per couple) that is perfect for sharing, starting with a welcome pour of Prosecco. Celebrate the most romantic day of the year over elegant starters, including a Burrata served alongside pesto grilled peppers, crispy warm ciabatta, and a fresh Tomato Carpaccio perfectly dressed with pomegranate, fennel, and creamy crab mayonnaise. Both appetizers pair beautifully with the Overstone Sauvignon Blanc, a tropical fruity pour that enhances the creamy texture of the burrata and the crab.
Lovebirds are sure to be enamoured by the satiating starters that segue seamlessly to the main event — a choice between Mr. Wolf’s take on Parisian classic steak and frites featuring an 800g Côte de bœuf cooked to perfection, elegantly paired with Chateau Giscours la Petite Sirene a rich and succulent flavoured red or a Lightly Grilled Chilean Seabass Fillet complemented by a ragout of leeks, mussels and crème fraiche. A final option is the perfectly baked vegetarian Taleggio Tart with asparagus and hazelnut that is lavishly topped off with shaved winter truffle and paired with the Louis Latour Chablis Chardonnay.
Guests can consummate the sensuous bistro meal with a luxurious and decadent Dark Chocolate and Morello Cherry Delice accompanied with a tangy and tart passion fruit sorbet that perfectly balances the rich chocolate.
Lovers can opt out of the wine pairing and simply enjoy the lavish menu for HK$988.
