Arcane, the hidden refined-dining gem set amid the hustle and bustle of Central, partners with the world’s original luxury vodka, Belvedere to run Spritz hour at the restaurant and terrace bar from 6pm-7pm, Monday to Saturday. The Belvedere Spritz, all-natural and low sugar content cocktail collection, will be perfectly paired with complimentary delectable delicacies crafted by award- winning chef, Shane Osborn.

Three Belvedere Spritz make the cocktail menu at Arcane; the Belvedere Citrus Spritz and the Belvedere Ginger Spritz are from the original cocktail series, while the Belvedere Hibiscus and Strawberry has been exclusively created by Belvedere’s Regional Brand Ambassador, Marek VOJCARCIK for Arcane.


From 12 September onwards, Arcane encourages guests to snack and Spritz as the restaurant will provide a plate designed to complement each cocktail (priced HK$130 per cocktail) on the house during the Spritz Hour of 6pm-7pm.

Partnering the Citrus Spritz is a refreshing lime marinated Hokkaido scallop, basil, avocado crème fraiche. The Ginger Spritz has been paired with a light bite of Hamachi with baby beetroots, jicama, ginger, sesame and soy dressing. On the sweet side, the Hibiscus and Strawberry Spritz is accompanied by poached peach, strawberry jus, vanilla ice cream topped with toasted almonds.

The Spritz collection is perfect for this time of year as the weather begins to cool; deliciously refreshing and made from all natural ingredients, guests can comfortably sit and sip a Spritz on Arcane’s terrace and enjoy after work or pre-dinner drinks.

The first Australian to receive one and two Michelin stars, Chef Shane Osborn at Arcane said: “At Arcane we follow a similar philosophy to Belvedere, sourcing the very best produce to make a clean and simple product that tastes exceptional. We have been doing this since we first opened our doors and now with the new Spritz menu, we can introduce a cocktail hour that meets our same exacting high standards.”


Crafted from just two ingredients – Dankowskie rye and artesian water – Belvedere remains simple, with no additives or enhancements. This recipe is in accordance with the Polish geographical appellation, which protects a 600-year vodka making tradition, and no sugar is ever added. Belvedere Vodka’s new Spritz collection chooses complementary ingredients that are natural and low in sugar to bring out the flavours of this luxury vodka.
