Salisterra and The Continental Present New and Refreshing Offerings

The Upper House kicks off the summer with exciting offerings at Salisterra and The Continental. From now until end of August, guests can look forward to revelling in the spirit of summer and savouring the flavours of the season with refreshing new menus and limited-time  offerings.


Guided by culinary advisor Chef Ricardo Chaneton, Salisterra’s new summer menu continues to capture the rich flavours of the Mediterranean. New offerings include octopus carpaccio garnished with pomegranate and olives, fork-tender lamb shank braised with tomatoes, carrots and fresh herbs, and aromatic bouillabaisse with fennel, saffron and parmesan.

Sunset Menu & Free-Flow Rosé

Take in the sweeping views of the Victoria Harbour at sunset with a special four course Sun-Set Menu, available daily for reservations before 7pm from HK$648, featuring vongole, beef entrecôte and churros. Bask in the summer ambiance at Salisterra with free-flow rosé for HK$240 per person from 5:30pm-8:30pm

The House Social – Saturday Brunch

Elevate your weekend with The House Social – a vibrant social destination every Saturday from 6 July. Indulge in five sharing plates to start, a main, and a dessert of your choice; menu highlights include stracciatella, shakshuka, Spanish omelette and orange blossom French toast. The 3-course menu is priced at HKD$618 per person. Complement the experience with free flow- rosé, draft beer, mimosa, kir royal for HK$240 per person from noon until 2:30pm. Sip and savour as a lively DJ provides the soundtrack to your leisurely afternoon.

The Continental

Located within Pacific Place, The Continental is a friendly and sophisticated European-inspired café that features a classically influenced menu and a tranquil pet-friendly year-round terrace. Savour a scrumptious seafood platter at HK$888 featuring scallop ceviche, hamachi tartare, oysters, diamond clams, lobster, and prawns. Enjoy al fresco dining while sipping on Champagne with 50% off all Champagne bottles. In addition to bubbles, try new frozen cocktails such as the Smokey Lychee Margarita and Strawberry Frosé.

Thirsty Thursdays

Soak up the summer vibes with DJ’s Tìr (Dantes) & Dan Dada as they spin tunes at the lush terrace from 6 – 9 pm. Tempting bar bites includes salt & pepper squid and crab on toast. Indulge in dinner at The Continental with a four-course meal for $728 with optional wine pairings for an additional $380. Highlights include steak tartare, lobster linguine, and rib-eye on the bone from the Josper grill, and a sticky toffee pudding to end the meal on a sweet note.
