Morton’s The Steakhouse presents a special Summer Menu for Two (HK$1,288 + 10%) from now until August 31.
The three-course menu gives guests the chance to taste the very best of Morton’s all American dishes, starting with a choice of iconic appetizers.
Keep cool with refreshing salads like the Beefsteak Tomato Salad, signature Center-Cut Iceberg Salad with a choice of dressing, or classic Caesar Salad. Heartier indulgences include Lobster Bisque, a Morton’s fan-favorite, or cheesy Onion Soup.
Each guest can select a main course, including a tender 6oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon, or impressive 10oz Manhattan Cut New York Strip (+HK98), while seafood lovers will delight in the seasonal Salmon Fillet or decadent Lobster Ravioli. Chicken Christopher, a beloved Morton’s creation, never disappoints.
A selection of elevated sauces accompany the mains, with guests able to opt for Calabrian Chili Butter, umami-packed Blue Cheese Butter or elegant Black Truffle Butter. A Bourbon Sauce Au Poivre is a fantastic choice for pairing with a steak.
