Come with an empty stomach and enjoy the creations of mouthwatering Tuna sashimi sampler (6 pieces) including fatty tuna, extra fatty tuna and Akami (HK$280), the Sashimi (3 pieces) of either fatty tuna (HK$138), Extra fatty tuna (HK$198) or Akami (HK$80). Guests who are looking for a feast can opt for the Tuna sushi sampler (6 pieces) of 2 pieces each of extra fatty tuna, fatty tuna and Akami (HK$280).
Up for the ultimate indulgence? Sample Taku’s limited grilled specials featuring the Maguro tail $168 & one of the most highly prized & rare cuts – The Maguro Collar – at the special introductory price of only $568 [to be ordered a day in advance]. Its appearance, texture and flavor, surprisingly, approximate that of Wagyu beef the collar is considered “a meal of a lifetime”.
