Terrible Baby Toasts Asia’s 50 Best Bars with Guest Shifts from Paris and London Icons

This July, in celebration of Asia’s 50 Best Bars in Macau, Terrible Baby at Eaton HK once again becomes a global gathering ground for the cocktail curious, the culturally inclined, and the world’s most creative bartenders. Terrible Baby will host an intimate series of guest shifts — from the Parisian charm of the renowned Little Red Door to the timeless elegance of London’s Artesian. Expect bold flavors, soulful beats, and a celebration of cocktail culture at its most imaginative.

On July 13 and July 16, Eaton HK’s Terrible Baby hosts star mixologists from around the globe in celebration of Asia’s 50 Best Awards.

Little Red Door Guest Shift

On Sunday, July 13, Terrible Baby plays host to the famed Paris bar Little Red Door for a one-night-only takeover, featuring Senior Bartender Eric Sabloniere and a curated menu of signature cocktails. Based in Paris, the bar’s most recent menu, “Twisted Mirrors,” continues Little Red Door’s ethos of sustainability, with each cocktail marked with an environmental impact score out of 100, encouraging guests to make conscious drinking choices whilst highlighting the positive impact of locality and seasonality. The evening is sponsored by Scrappy’s Bitters, known for its small-batch, handcrafted aromatics and Nikka.

For this notable guest shift, Sabloniere will present a selection of signature cocktails, including Pamela Rose, Beurre Beurre, LRD Martini, LRD Negroni, and a Terrible Baby exclusive — the Asparagus Gimlet, created in collaboration with Terrible Baby’s Axel Gonzalez.

Taking the helm at Terrible Baby on Wednesday, July 16, is Giulia Cuccurullo, Head Bartender at Artesian Bar at The Langham London and one of the industry’s most acclaimed talents. Originally from Naples, Cuccurullo made history as the first woman to lead the bar at Artesian, a venue widely regarded as a global benchmark for cocktail innovation, with a fan following that includes Stanley Tucci. Located within The Langham Hotel, Artesian has received numerous accolades over the past decade, including recognition from The World’s 50 Best Bars, The Pinnacle Guide, CLASS Bar Awards, and Top 500 Bars, cementing its place among the world’s most celebrated drinking destinations. The evening is sponsored by Michter’s Distillery, Siete Misterios Mezcal, and Northeast Wines & Spirits.
