The Chinese Restaurant Presents Tai O Artisanal Specialties

As Hong Kong’s oldest fishing village, Tai O is famous for its specialties such as dried seafood, shrimp paste and sauce, as well as salted fish. From 1 January – 31 March 2022, Chef Wong Ho Kan is sourcing seafood ingredients from Tai O and introducing an alluring array of Tai O artisanal specialties to delight epicureans at The Chinese Restaurant.

Other Tai O Artisanal Specialties menu is available from 1 January – 31 March 2022.

The Chinese Restaurant features modern art deco design masterfully blended with the essence of a traditional 1920s tea house serving authentic Cantonese dishes. Two private rooms are available for guests’ use as well.
