As we roll into 2026, Pizza Project is at it again, ready to shake things up and lean into culinary rebellion! Since we launched our limited time specials, with themes pushing the envelope of what’s possible – from banned Italian toppings to K-Drama inspired pies – we’ve been busy brainstorming recipes to make your taste buds do a happy dance. First month into 2026, we’re excited to embrace local culture while staying true to our roots by featuring beef tripe and tongue sourced from Italy on our fan-favourite pizzas. It’s the perfect blend of both food cultures, reflecting our thriving spirit in Hong Kong!
In Hong Kong, tripe and ox tongue are beloved offal delights, often found in heartwarming noodle soups, savoury congee, or as scrumptious dim sum. These flavour-packed cuts are typically braised to tender perfection in rich broths with ginger and scallions or tossed into spicy Sichuan-style dishes. Now, we’re giving them a starring role on our pizzas, celebrating their unique flavours with a fun Italian twist!
