Three Michelin-starred Afternoon Set Menu at T’ang Court
In celebration of T’ang Court’s three Michelin-award recognition for six consecutive years, the culinary team at the exquisite Cantonese restaurant has put together a brand new Starry Afternoon Set menu. The experience, which spotlights Master Chef Wai Keung Kwong’s signature dishes Baked stuffed crab shell with crab meat and onion, Stir-fried Japanese Wagyu beef with green vegetables, spring onion and shallots, Sautéed prawn and crab roe with golden-fried pork and crab meat puff, and more. The menu will be available daily from 2pm to 4pm, and is priced at HK$988 for two persons; or to experience an upgraded dining at HK$1,388 for two persons with a glass of Brut or Rosé champagne per person.
